I call it mobilization day because this morning we had almost 20 people that came and started working at the HOH land.
There was quite a bit of measuring done because of the narrow piece of land. It was a nice feeling to see so many people working on the HOH project. Please continue to pray that the money we need to finish the building will come in the HOH account at the time it is needed!

This morning at 9 AM the Horizon of Hope president signed the contract with the company that will build the center. It is a moment that we were waiting for. There was quite a little bit of negociation going on between Horizon of Hope and the builder. The company was gracious enough to accept many of our terms and conditions.
So we are ready to start. We still have some problems with one of the neighbours of the property but we know God knows the best to take care of problems.
Next week on Monday there will be a few workers that will come and will do some more work trying to prepare the land for action. The boundaries where the building will be built will be drawn. After this we should see some machines starting to “bite the dust”

About two weeks ago Petry was able to hire an excavator to prepare the land for the beginning stage of the building process. He had to also hire/purchase four loads of gravel to be placed at the entrance of the property. This was such an exciting day for us. After a few years of waiting for all the paperwork and approvals to be met, we were finally able to BEGIN! Our hearts can’t really express in words the joy that comes with this start.

There is always a beginning. That’s where we are with this blog and with the building for our project! It is not easy to start a project like Horizon of Hope in Romania. But what we have learned is that with patience, perseverance and trusting in God everything will turn out OK!
