Encouraged

As we have begun to raise money for the building for Horizon of Hope, it has been exciting to see exactly who God uses to help with this financial endeavor.  Just recently several people and businesses from Romania have donated for the HoH center. It is great to see that God is working through people from ALL over the world.

I was very impressed and encouraged by the donation of a young Romanian boy who is in high school and decided to donate the equivalent of $108 (almost 70 EUR) in lei. He knew that his money will be matched from the US so he decided to help the building of the HoH center go on.

We are trusting God.  We know that He is the ultimate planner and He knows the best how much money we need and when we need it. We continue to come with our needs before Him knowing He will provide.

After a month

A few weeks ago we were blessed to have Rick Knapp, my father-in-law stop by to visit us and to see the progress on the building. He is a man who has the HOH ministry on his heart. Rick is the president of Horizon of Hope Wisconsin non-profit organization. We are still working on having it become a tax deductible organization.

After one busy month, I have the privilege to show you the progress on the HOH building. About a month ago we were not sure if we would be able to move on with the project because of the money situation, God was good to us and He figured a way for the walls and the first floor to be built.

We are still continuing to pray and to trust God that He will continue to provide.  After this step we will have to stop again until we have the money for the first floor ceiling.
