Horizon of Hope

Today I went with a friend and we did some cleaning around the building. Just felt like sharing with you a few more photos. The building looks good and ready to be worked on. Also the mountains look better and better each day!

We are waiting for the building crew to come and start working on the slab on top of first floor in a day or two!

On the 23rd of April the members of HOH Romania met for a few hours and talked about the past and the future! It was a good time trying to share experiences, blessings, thoughts and summer schedule. We already have two teams lined up to come and help at HOH. A team from England will come and finish the fence that they started last year and a team from N. Ireland will build the fence and gate in the front part of the property!

HOH ROMANIAN MEMBERS

We are happy to let you know that after a few months of no activity, next week we will continue to build the HOH transition center. God provided money so we can, hopefully, bring the basement and first level to a lock-up stage with windows and doors.

We appreciate the love of those who decided to invest in the HOH projects especially in these time of economical crisis.

Our next step is to raise the walls of the second level!

View from North to South – The Back of the transition center

It is so hard not to fall into the same path that the whole world is falling into. With the wide-spread words – economical crisis – being heard everywhere hope and faith might seem two big black holes impossible to pass.

We at Horizon of Hope define ourselves through our name first of all. Our desire is to provide a horizon of hope for young people that are in need of help. Because we trust in God we know He is in control of all things. We know He knows everything.

Please continue to pray for Horizon of Hope. Our current need is to raise the money for at least finishing the first level of the building. Since December we weren’t able to move ahead in the construction process because of the cold weather and also because of the financial situation.

Our goal is to raise the $30,000 needed to finish the first level and bring the current building to a lock up stage with doors and windows!
