Winter at HOH

Winter at HOH

It is winter at Horizon of Hope and the temperature went all the way down to -25 C (-13 F) just about 2 weeks ago. We are trying to continue the work with the resources we have and take small steps.

We hired the person that guards the property (Ghita or George) to finish a fence that was started by a team this past summer. So far he is getting closer to having a quarter  of the whole fence finished. He is working when the temperature is allowing him so there were not to many days with sunshine and warm weather lately.

I also want to introduce you to our guard dogs. Two of them were born on the property and know it as their home. They do a great job intimidating people that are interested in anything available on the property. But even so we do have quite a few uninvited “visitors” that are in search of “gratuities”.

We appreciate your support. Our prayer is that the month of April would be a special month of fundraising. As the spring will arrive our hope is to have the necessary funds to finish the next (and the last) level.

Please continue to keep HOH in your prayers!

Thank you!
